The purpose of this policy is to provide guidance and clarity regarding students’ personal responsibility for fees and Mucho Ruido Academy’s approach to reductions or refunds. Full details on how fees will be calculated should students withdraw or discontinue their studies for any reason after completing initial enrollment can be found here.

This policy relates to a student’s personal responsibility for tuition fees, regardless of funding source. However, when referring to refunds, these only relate to the portion of the tuition fee paid directly by the student or a private sponsor.

Refunds for withdrawals made within the “Cooling Off” period, and in accordance with Mucho Ruido Academy’s procedure, are automatic.

All other requests for refunds or reductions must be made in writing to Mucho Ruido Academy and will be considered by Mucho Ruido Entertainment Corp.

All fee-related refunds or reductions are at the sole discretion of the Mucho Ruido Academy team.

For the avoidance of doubt, this policy may be modified without prior notice, in accordance with day-to-day dynamics. Updates will be available to students at all times.

REGISTRATION FEES:

• The registration fee for each course can be found on the “Registration” page of the chosen course.
• 
  Students who wish to study a practical course must pay the registration fee as a minimum to secure their place on the chosen course.
• 
  Those who apply directly through Mucho Ruido Academy to study one of the courses must also pay a registration fee.

The registration fee will be used for the payment of tuition.

• 
  If a student has paid the registration fee and wishes to pay the remainder of the course, the balance must be received no later than three (3) days before the start of the student’s course.

LATE PAYMENTS

If payment for the course (whether as a fee or other payment) is not received by the due date, Mucho Ruido Academy reserves the right to cancel the relevant course(s) outright or suspend your right to attend until such payment(s) is made.

*Repeated late payments may result in termination of applicable courses.
