Description of the Ableton Live Online course:<\/strong><\/p>

This is the first step to access the Production of Electronic Music and other musical genres in a structured and professional way. This course will be very
useful to you whether you are starting from scratch, or if you have already been working on production for some time, as it will allow you to put your ideas in order and will make you advance
quickly in your projects. It provides the bases and the necessary notions to progress towards the creation and production of music using the tools and computer applications (software) most common in music production studios.<\/p>

All the activity of our online course is carried out in our virtual field, accessible
from any personal device, be it a computer, tablet or mobile. Tasks and group discussions are carried out, musical projects are developed, contact is made with both the instructors and the course companions, managing time according to the
needs and availability to live a satisfactory and complete learning experience.<\/p>

: INSTRUCTIONS:<\/strong>
The course will cover the following topics and production concepts:
\u2022 Fundamentals of sound and equipment for production.
\u2022 Workstations (DAW)
\u2022 Setting up your software from scratch.
\u2022 Knowing the grid, using the sequencer and MIDI programming.
\u2022 Synthesizers, using drum racks and samplers.
\u2022 Sound design, waves and envelopes.
\u2022 Analog and digital recording, using effects and the MIDI process.
\u2022 Introduction and techniques for mixing and mastering.<\/p>

Requirements:<\/strong>
\u2022 Be over 18 years old
\u2022 To take the course, the following devices are required:
\u2022 Computer, desktop or laptop.
\u2022 MIDI controller (keyboard)
\u2022 Studio headphones.
\u2022 Notebook or notepad.
\u2022 Audio interface compatible with Ableton Live.
\u2022 External monitoring system, such as speakers or studio monitors
\u2022 DAW (Ableton Live)<\/p>

Online Mode:<\/strong><\/p>

This course is taught entirely online, and is a different experience from a face-to-face course, since neither the classmates nor the instructors are located in the same
space nor coincide in the same schedule.
All activities, both individual and group, are carried out in a virtual learning environment, which is moderated by various specialized Coaches with extensive and
recognized experience in the music industry, with the added bonus of professional experience in the subjects taught that provide constant support, ensuring a complete learning experience, with stimulating and satisfactory
accessories.<\/p>

The virtual campus is accessible anywhere and at any time. In our virtual environment, different learning activities take place. On the one hand, there is the consultation<\/p>

of online content that provides the conceptual framework necessary to carry out the practices.<\/p>

The self-assessable questionnaires allow to observe the progress in the acquisition of said knowledge and methodology:
advancing towards concepts and ideas of greater complexity. Other complementary and individual forms of assessment are included, such as assignments, often related to technical aspects (DAW use, mixing processing, and mastering) or research essays.<\/p>

To complement self-learning, our course offers some master classes. Our methodology is also strongly based on project work, discussion forums, and group work (if the number of students allows), which are aimed at learning and developing critical thinking skills in the analysis of information as essential attributes of students for their future insertion into the world of the music industry.
Communication with the academy and with the instructors is carried out in two ways:
on the one hand using the WhatsApp or E-mail platforms, and on the other hand, chats in the online classes through the Zoom platform.
The evaluation of all activities is recorded in a notebook or notepad that each student must have in his\/her class, so that he\/she can consult and examine his\/her progress. Since we evaluate all activities, it is essential for the student to be motivated to make a firm and continuous commitment throughout the course, which will be constantly reinforced by the coach’s follow-up.<\/p>

All the work developed in the course is important and one of the objectives is to capture the learning result in a digital portfolio that shows the projects and activities carried out. In this sense, all the methodological material such as guides,
notes, accessories and glossaries provided by the academy must be developed in a
thesis for the respective certification at the end of the course, which will guarantee that the
student has certainly passed and covered the standards of the concepts taught during the entire course.<\/p>

\u2022 How to get the most out of DAWs for composing rhythms and melodies?
\u2022 What are the different genres of electronic music and others?<\/p>

SCHEDULES:
The course starts when you want (8 weeks long, two classes per week, two hours each)
The activities and modules are developed according to the calendar, so the students are responsible for managing their time and weekly dedication, although it is convenient to take as a reference their city or country and their current schedule as an important requirement.<\/p>
